Purchased my clarity 1 week ago. just completed the survey. gave them 10/10 for just about everything. However I did mention that body plugs were not installed and that car had a full tank of gas but wasn't charged. they asked me if I was given a personal settings worksheet. I didn't get one. I'm curious if others received it at delivery. It looks like a nice 'read this first' type of instruction sheet. copy is below

Nope. Never saw that. The sales rep just offered to pair my phone (I declined) and set the door unlock behavior. That's it.

I did get it, but plugs weren’t installed. They also promised mud guards, wheel locks, nitrogen tires, and trunk cargo net, but I still don’t have any of them, though they promise they will get them by my first service.

I'm curious, is there any way to tell if your tires are filled with nitrogen instead of just air? I doubt it has an identifiable odor because so much of the atmosphere is nitrogen. Hopefully, if your dealer says they didn't already fill your tires with nitrogen, they don't plan to fake it.

Let’s see how badly my dealer did:
No Pre Delivery Inspection sheet (they’re still looking for it)
Can’t tell me how long the car sat with out charging or even if they charged it at all
    No Personalized Setting Worksheet
    Car not charged at delivery
    Plugs not installed
    Tire pressure not corrected
And I bet they still billed Honda for the 1.4 hours of the PDI
    Unbelievable!
Car gets an A+, dealer gets a D-.

Most tire places put green valve caps on when they fill with nitrogen.

Check your tire pressure to make sure all tires are the same. Then park you car so the tires on one side are in direct sunlight on a hot day. Let you car sit for an hour or two and check your tire pressure again. If they contain air the tire pressure on the sun side will be 2 to 3 pounds higher. If they contain nitrogen, the pressure will be 1/4 to 1/2 pound higher on the sun side.

The difference between air and nitrogen is negligible, as noted by Edmund's and others. Likely a waste of time and money.

I did not get a copy, but my salesperson used it to do the settings for me. Wish I got a copy for that second page though!
