The R3 might be the car that finally gets me away from Mini after 20 years. I too wish it was hatchback size, but it's at least smaller than the Countryman. The front is kind of meh, but I'm in love with the side and rear views.
Urban Electric Vehicle Charging is Solved in This City! I did a little piece on our urban infrastructure Also happy i got the 500e order in before Quebec kills the rebate
Just be happy you don't have to pay an EV registration fee of $200/year. That's $200 on top of your vehicle registration for driving a BEV.
Went to a couple of HyunKia stores recently and they both said BTOs take 12 to 18 weeks now, not months.
National car of Vermont for sure... Canada, I'd probably wager a guess and say base model RAV4 (non-hybrid).
In my neck of the woods, I reckon the national car is a white TM3. Maybe five years ago I'd have said "white Lexus crossover."
Someone at VW said that he wants to bring the id.gti over to the states for $25k. I'll believe it when I see it, but if it does happen, I'm on board. I loved my egolf. I would love a faster version of it.
Pablo Di Si, president and ceo of VW Group of America. I think if he does convince Wolfsburg to send it over, it'll be priced in line with the GTI, plus the then-current BEV markup over equivalent ICEVs. MSRP on a DSG GTI before options is around $34k, so I reckon an ID.GTI will be closer to $40k in a couple of years, which will likely be competitive with any other hot hatch in North America in 2027.
